Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of package arrival. The item must be unworn and unused, with the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or washed.

Shipping fees for returns due to customer change of mind will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, the items below are non-refundable:

Underwear, hosiery, and bras.

Items can be returned with Australia Post to the following address:

PO Box 619, Chester Hill, NSW, 2162, Australia.

Please include a returns form inside the package.

Returns can be tracked via the Australia Post website here (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/).

 

We will process your items within 5 business days of receiving the return package. You will receive a choice of either:

          A refund into the account you used for the original purchase, or

          Store credit that can be used on any item.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Faulty Product Returns

Please email [email protected] if you believe the product is damaged or faulty. Our Customer Service team will assist you in the process and may ask for images or further information to assess the damage. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will happily replace the product or refund the price into your original payment account.

A product is not considered faulty if it has been damaged due to wear or tear, misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.

How do I refund an item?

1.      Check that the item is in its original condition with the original packaging and has not been worn, washed or damaged.

2.      Download and fill out the returns form for the selected items.

3.      Place the item(s) and returns form inside the bag.

4.      Take it to your nearest Australia Post and pay the standard delivery cost to the following address: PO Box 619, Chester Hill, NSW, 2162, Australia.

Note: For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We are happy to provide an exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as the item is in its original condition and has not been worn, washed or damaged. Is return shipping free?

How can I use store credit?

You can use store credit to purchase any item on our website. Store credits will be applied to the same email account you used to place your order. Store credits cannot be transferred to other accounts and are valid for 12 months. Any balance after the 12 months will not be available for use.
